Role Description
The Physiotherapist will provide musculoskeletal assessments, hands-on treatment, and rehabilitation programs to patients with a range of injuries and pain conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough clinical evaluations
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based interventions
- Monitoring patient progress
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Communicating clearly with patients about their conditions and self-management strategies
- Collaborating with osteopaths and other team members to ensure continuity of care

This is a part-time, on-site role based at the Enfield clinic, requiring consistent in-person patient interaction and adherence to professional and clinic protocols.
Qualifications
- Professional physiotherapy qualification (degree or equivalent), HCPC and chartered physiotherapy society registration.
- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including assessment, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including osteopaths and massage therapists, while maintaining patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical findings and treatment plans in clear, accessible language.
- Competence in clinical documentation, time management, and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with techniques such as medical acupuncture/dry needling, shockwave therapy, or sports rehabilitation is an advantage.
- Comfort using digital tools and booking systems; willingness to adapt to clinic procedures and ongoing professional development.
