Hälsa is a network of care centres across Berkshire, South Bucks and Surrey, with over 20 years’ experience helping people move better, feel stronger and achieve sustainable wellbeing. Our multidisciplinary team includes state-registered Chiropractors and Physiotherapists, supported by a friendly team who are passionate about delivering tailored, evidence-based and compassionate care. Our Marlow practice has been part of the local community for over 10 years.
💥 THE ROLE
📍 Marlow (SL7 3HL)
💼 Full-time permanent | 32–36 hours per week
📅 Six shifts across five days, including one double shift
👥 Established client diary from day one
💷 Employed or self-employed options
🏥 Private, PMI and medical-legal caseload
🤝 Supportive multidisciplinary environment
You’ll manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced clinicians, with opportunities to collaborate, develop clinically and contribute to an excellent client experience. You’ll be responsible for:
✔️ MSK assessments and individualized treatment plans
✔️ Hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
✔️ Clinical documentation and progress monitoring
✔️ Client education, self-management and injury prevention
✔️ Working collaboratively with Chiropractors and the wider team

👋 ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Client-focused, positive and proactive
✔️ Confident building genuine client relationships
✔️ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
✔️ Passionate about clinical development and evidence-based practice
✔️ Professional, reliable and organized
✅ ESSENTIAL
✔️ Physiotherapy qualification and HCPC registration
✔️ CSP membership
✔️ Full right to work in the UK
✔️ We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
✔️ Ideally 2+ years’ post-qualification MSK experience, although strong newly qualified applicants will be considered
✔️ Strong MSK assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription and rehabilitation skills
✔️ Good communication, IT and clinical record-keeping skills
Private practice/community clinic experience is beneficial
