Join Spire Workplace Health, part of Spire Healthcare Group, as a Band 6–7 equivalent Physiotherapist supporting our Birmingham MSK and Occupational Health Triage teams. Combine onsite clinical work with remote triage and treatment, build your Occupational Health expertise and help people stay healthy and productive at work.
The Opportunity:
- Deliver MSK Physiotherapy for our onsite Occupational Health contract in Birmingham during the week.
- Provide remote MSK triage and treatment on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
- Manage your own diary and varied clinical caseload.
- Develop your skills within a fast-growing, evolving team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- BSc in Physiotherapy.
- Current HCPC registration and CSP membership.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar UK-based role.

You’ll work across all four pillars of advanced MSK clinical practice, support the development of Occupational Health clinicians, and have opportunities to deliver functional restoration programmes (FRP) and preventative health days.
About You:
- You understand Occupational Health Physiotherapy.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- You are confident using IT and digital systems.
- You manage your time well and prioritize effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience delivering preventative health or wellbeing services.
- Experience leading group sessions such as back classes, Pilates, work hardening, or functional restoration programmes.
- Understanding of ergonomic risk assessment principles.
- Additional qualifications, training, or continuing professional development in Occupational Health.
- Confidence assessing and coaching patients by video consultation.
- MSc in Physiotherapy.
