Job Title: Chartered Physiotherapist
Location: Andover
About the Role
We are looking for a chartered physiotherapist to join us in Andover, working with older people in a care home and in their own homes.
The role starts with a weekly session at a care home in Andover — three hours a week, on a day that suits you. You will assess residents and deliver treatment, working alongside the nursing team, who refer the residents they are most concerned about. It is a settled, predictable block of work with a team who value having a physiotherapist on site.
Around that, there is community work. We visit older people at home across Hampshire, and we would want to build your hours through home visits in and around Andover. How quickly that grows is largely up to you — some of our physiotherapists keep it to a morning a week alongside NHS or private work, others have built it into the majority of their week.
What You Will Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Us
The Caring Physio provides home visit physiotherapy for older people across seventeen counties. Everyone we employ is a chartered physiotherapist. We work in people's houses, on their stairs, in their bathrooms, on the things that decide whether they stay independent — and we are unusual in giving our physiotherapists enough time to actually do that.
If you would like to talk it through before applying, we are happy to have an informal conversation first.
