Company Description
Rehab Physio London is a team of highly experienced therapists with backgrounds in both public and private healthcare, providing coordinated, high-quality private rehabilitation services. The multidisciplinary team includes specialists in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, neuro psychology, dietetics, and music therapy. Care is delivered in clients’ homes, in a rehab gym and clinic, and in a hydrotherapy pool to ensure flexible, accessible treatment. Each client’s rehabilitation journey is tailored to their individual needs, with a strong focus on effectiveness, collaboration, and continuity of care. The team also offers MDT rehab programme coordination to support comprehensive, integrated treatment plans.
Role Description
The Physiotherapist will provide evidence-based assessment and treatment to clients across a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and complex rehabilitation needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting detailed physical assessments
- Developing personalised treatment plans
- Delivering hands-on therapy and exercise programs
- Monitoring progress
The role involves working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicating clearly with clients, families, and other health professionals, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The Physiotherapist will also:
- Contribute to service development
- Ensure adherence to clinical governance and safety standards
- Support clients’ functional independence in home, clinic, gym, and hydrotherapy settings
Qualifications
- Recognised degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent professional body.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in neurological physiotherapy, including individualized exercise prescription and rehabilitation planning.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, and other specialists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans clearly, motivate clients, and build trust with clients and their support networks.
- Solid documentation and organisational skills, including accurate record-keeping, time management, and adherence to clinical governance, safeguarding, and confidentiality standards.
- Experience providing care in home, clinic, gym, or hydrotherapy settings, with a flexible, client-centered approach to scheduling and treatment delivery.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, evidence-based practice, and participation in supervision, training, and service improvement activities.
- Previous experience in a hospital, inpatient rehab or community-based rehabilitation is beneficial but not essential.
