About the Role:
Join the Physiotherapy team at Clare Holland House in this HP2 opportunity and contribute to the delivery of specialist palliative care services across inpatient, home-based and outpatient settings.
Working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to support patients and their families, helping to maximise function, comfort and quality of life through a patient-centred approach.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse clinical caseload while working collaboratively with patients, carers, referrers and healthcare providers across the continuum of care. You will contribute to high-quality service delivery through clinical practice, participation in quality improvement and clinical governance activities, data collection and evaluation, and support for student placements and junior staff development.
We are seeking a motivated physiotherapist with strong clinical reasoning, organisational and communication skills, who thrives in a collaborative team environment. You will be supported by structured clinical supervision, competency-based learning, ongoing professional development opportunities, enabling you to further develop your skills in a rewarding and specialised area of practice.

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy, (Category A).
- Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
