Role Description

Sports/MSK Physiotherapist Band 5/6

This is a part-time role with the potential to be full-time based on performance, on-site Physiotherapist role based in London across our multiple designated clinics. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of musculoskeletal and related conditions, using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and other appropriate modalities.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records
  • Monitoring patient progress
  • Educating clients on injury prevention and self-management strategies
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed
  • Contributing to best-practice standards within the clinic

Expected Participation

  • Team meetings
  • Clinical audits
  • Continuing professional development activities

Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC in the UK)
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse patient population
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing a varied caseload in a busy clinical environment
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, including accurate documentation and adherence to clinical and ethical standards
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing learning, and participation in professional development activities

Experience

  • Experience in private practice, sports physiotherapy, or orthopaedic rehabilitation is an advantage
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and practice management systems for scheduling, record keeping, and communication
