As an Administration Assistant in our Theatre department at our [insert hospital name], you’ll provide knowledgeable administrative and practical support to nursing and clinical staff, to standards and timescales required whilst using empathy and customer service skills to build relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and/or situations.
- Handle all enquiries or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
- Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained, and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
- Provide a customer-orientated information service for patients, visitors, consultants, and staff.
- Participate in departmental strategies that reflect Nuffield Health brand, the Nuffield Health way of caring, goals, and objectives.
