We’re looking for a PI Technical Claims Team Leader to join our Personal Injury team on a 12-month fixed term contract based in Salford Quays, Manchester.
In this role, you’ll:
- Supervise a team of PI Technical Claims Negotiators
- Support the effective resolution of claims in line with company policies, procedures and SLAs
- Help drive team performance
- Share best practice
- Support colleagues to develop their knowledge and grow within the business
Core skills we’re looking for to succeed in the role:
- PI Knowledge: Up to £100,000 including knowledge of MOJ and OIC portals, jurisdiction knowledge preferred but not essential
- Leadership: The ability to motivate employees in a high-pressurised environment
- Negotiation and influencing: Confident in negotiating claims outcomes and influencing stakeholders to achieve fair, commercially balanced results
- Organisation: With the ability to prioritise work

Working flexibly, you'll spend the first 3 months in the office full-time for training and support, then hybrid begins with 4 days at home and 1 day in the office. But if you prefer to be in the office more, that's good with us too.
