PIA Administrator

£30,000 Starting Salary
12 month fixed term contract

Help Build the Future of Full Fibre

At GoFibre, we're on a mission to connect communities with fast, reliable full fibre broadband. As we continue to grow our network, we're looking for a highly organised PIA Administrator to join our Planning team and play a key role in keeping our build programme moving.

What does a day look like?

  • Checking the Openreach PIA portal for application updates, approvals and queries.
  • Submitting Notices of Intent (NOI), Network Adjustments (NA) and other PIA-related applications.
  • Updating trackers and maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
  • Working with Planning, Survey, Design and Delivery teams to gather information and keep projects on track.
  • Liaising with Openreach and build partners to resolve queries and monitor progress.
  • Producing reports on outstanding applications, approvals, risks and programme status.
  • Supporting audits and compliance activities to ensure everything meets required standards.
  • Identifying ways to improve processes and make PIA administration more efficient.

What we're looking for.

  • Experience within telecommunications, utilities or network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Openreach Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA)
  • Understanding of fibre network build processes
  • Experience using GIS or network planning systems such as IQGeo
  • Awareness of PIA notices and submission processes
