We’re looking for a PIA Administrator to join our Quality Assurance team and support the day-to-day administration of our fibre network build.

You’ll work closely with our Project, Planning and Build teams, as well as external partners such as Openreach, SSE and National Grid. Your role will be to make sure information is accurate, up to date and submitted on time, helping our projects run smoothly and meet the required standards.

You don’t need to be a telecoms expert, but you’ll need to be organised, confident using IT systems and comfortable managing lots of information and working with different teams.

What you’ll be doing as a PIA Administrator:

  • Managing information and paperwork relating to our fibre network builds, making sure everything is accurate and up to date.
  • Using online systems and portals to check information and submit updates to Openreach and other partners.
  • Checking data and records from our field teams to make sure work has been completed correctly and meets the required standards.
  • Co-ordinating with different teams, gathering information from our build and project teams and making sure any changes are communicated clearly.
  • Tracking projects and deadlines, making sure submissions and paperwork are completed within the required timescales.
  • Keeping people informed, providing updates to Project Managers and colleagues and helping resolve any issues with missing or incorrect information.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in administration or co-ordination, ideally within civils, construction, telecoms or a similar industry.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and work accurately with information.
  • Confident using IT systems, online portals and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work with people across different teams.
  • A full UK driving licence.
