Warehouse Operative – Picker & Packer

Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate Start

🏒 Warehouse: Havensides, Fishtoft Road, Boston, PE21 0AH

πŸ’· Pay: Β£12.75 per hour

Shifts

  • Warehouse Picker: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Warehouse Packer: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Working Days: 5 days per week (Rotational)
  • Hours: Full-Time

Your Job

As a Warehouse Picker, you will:

  • Pick customer orders from the warehouse.
  • Use a handheld scanner to find the correct products.
  • Check the correct product and quantity before sending orders for packing.
  • Operate a VNA truck when required.
  • Move products safely using a Manual Pallet Truck (MPT), Electric Pallet Truck (EPT), Forklift Truck (FLT), Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift when required.

As a Warehouse Packer, you will:

  • Check picked products before packing.
  • Pack customer orders safely and securely.
  • Make sure products are not damaged before dispatch.
  • Label and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Help keep orders accurate and ready for dispatch.

We Need Someone Who

  • Has warehouse, factory, logistics or e-commerce experience.
  • Has picking or packing experience.
  • Can lift heavy items throughout the shift.
  • Pays attention to small details.
  • Works safely.
  • Is reliable and hardworking.
  • Can work in a busy warehouse. For Warehouse Picker: Can operate a VNA truck.
