In Lovisa, piercing is a fashion experience – part of styling and self-expression.

This opening is a chance for a person passionate about piercing to lead this category across the UK and Ireland.

  • To help Lovisa become the world’s leading piercing destination
  • Collaborate cross functionally and reach key milestones and KPIs
  • Drive sales and transaction KPIs
  • Make sure stores and team are registered in line with legislation
  • Collaborate with the Piercing Category team and internal departments to deliver

OPERATIONS

  • Build a piercing strategy to deliver on business goals/expectations and grow market share
  • Ensure all stores are able to operate with piercing at all times
  • Ensure the tools required for piercing are always in stock in all store locations
  • Ensure permits, registrations and licensing are up to date to local and national requirements
  • Ensure store teams are maintaining their piercing to global company standards
  • Ensure teams are always trained
  • Ensure new store openings run to timelines & open being able to Pierce on first day of trade
  • Collaborate with internal functions on any repairs or maintenance of piercing destinations
  • Ensure all piercing menus are maintained and always correct to maximise sales

SALES & TRANSACTIONS

  • Drive the focus on piercing with field and store managers through store visits
  • Plan and drive competitions and incentives as required through the year to drive sales
  • Deliver new opportunities to grow piercing contributions such as events, pop-ups and other new initiatives
  • Identify any product opportunities in-market to support growth in piercing contribution

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Responsible for supporting teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in piercing
  • Reply to all customer queries for Europe and UK
  • Respond directly to customers whose case has been escalated through to management

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Motivating, leading, training and developing your team with a hands-on approach
  • Clear objectives, actions and measure in place with your team to thrive and grow
