Summary
Supporting the departmental team members ensuring the factory is provided with compliant deliveries meeting customer standards. To provide supplier information both accurately and timely, providing accurate information to relevant external bodies and internal departments.

The Role
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all key internal and external contacts to ensure success in delivering your responsibilities and achieving your targets. To include:
- Receiving and providing relevant information in a timely manner.
- Ensuring accuracy and credibility of information.
- Seeking and sharing guidance as necessary.
- Understand the requirements of internal and external suppliers and customers.
- Work closely with the relevant functions to ensure communication on your activities is optimal and keep colleagues updated on current plans and progress.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal and external customers
- Inputting information onto systems
- Feedback of movement licences
- Liaising with external industry bodies
- Checking data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Inputting and collaborating figures, using Excel spreadsheets
- Producing reports for the department and managers as required
- Scanning/filing of paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Auditing of data to ensure accuracy and consistency with policies
- Identifying problems and raising these with appropriate colleagues
- Liaising with internal departments and customers to communicate key information (both verbally and via email)
- Traceability auditing/follow up processes
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Head of Pig Buying to the agreed level of accuracy and timelines.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience within an administrative role
- An agricultural background would be an advantage
- Experience of data inputting and report running
- Microsoft Office/SAP and use of databases
