General Information

We’re recruiting for Pig Farm Workers for work on farms in the North Lincolnshire area.

Roadhogs Recruitment are seeking temporary relief pig farm workers to support a client in the Lincolnshire area.

The temporary assignment is for approximately 3 months, starting asap.

This position could lead to a permanent placement.

Job Description

  • Indoor breeding work
  • Daily feeding, bedding, and health checks
  • Administering treatments, vaccinations, and medications
  • Farrowing
  • Serving
  • Piglet care
  • Weaning
  • Loading
  • Pressure washing

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in commercial pig farming
  • Able to work 12 days on, 2 days off
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Ideally live in North Lincs; however, accommodation can be provided for the duration of the assignment

What We're Looking For

  • Good practical knowledge of pig husbandry across different production stages
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high standards of animal welfare
  • Tractor and/or telehandler experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
