General Information
We’re recruiting for Pig Farm Workers for work on farms in the North Lincolnshire area.
Roadhogs Recruitment are seeking temporary relief pig farm workers to support a client in the Lincolnshire area.
The temporary assignment is for approximately 3 months, starting asap.
This position could lead to a permanent placement.
Job Description
- Indoor breeding work
- Daily feeding, bedding, and health checks
- Administering treatments, vaccinations, and medications
- Farrowing
- Serving
- Piglet care
- Weaning
- Loading
- Pressure washing
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in commercial pig farming
- Able to work 12 days on, 2 days off
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Ideally live in North Lincs; however, accommodation can be provided for the duration of the assignment
What We're Looking For
- Good practical knowledge of pig husbandry across different production stages
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high standards of animal welfare
- Tractor and/or telehandler experience would be beneficial, but is not essential

Salary guide: £30,000 – £38,000 per year, DOE
