Summary of Role
We are seeking a highly organised Senior Administrative Coordinator to support efficient business operations through the delivery of high-quality administrative services. This role plays a key part in coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, workplace services, and documentation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple stakeholders
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and event logistics for both virtual and in-person activities
- Maintain accurate, organised, and audit-ready records and administrative documentation
- Monitor work queues, trackers, and recurring requests to ensure timely completion
- Resolve routine administrative issues and escalate more complex matters when required
- Support workplace services, facilities administration, and supply management activities
- Prepare reports, meeting packs, presentations, and status updates
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on standard administrative processes and procedures
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Experience working with administrative systems, trackers, and documentation processes

- Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple departments
- Knowledge of facilities, workplace services, or vendor coordination activities
- Experience coordinating business events or large-scale meetings
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, or document control requirements
- Experience working within a large corporate or international organisation
- Understanding of process improvement and administrative best practices
- Experience training or mentoring junior team members
- Project coordination experience

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in business administration, office management, communications, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, sales support, operations coordination, reporting support, or a related field required.
