About Us

We are PILAT3S; we maximise the enjoyment and benefits of Reformer Pilates by blending traditional Pilates with dynamic movement and cutting-edge technology. Featuring three dynamic classes – Align, Tone, and Power – PILAT3S is to elevate your lifestyle one movement at a time.

The Role

As the PILAT3S Training & Development Lead, you will lead instructor education and training across the region while teaching the PILAT3S product in a local studio, setting the benchmark for class delivery and experience. Working closely with the PILAT3S Academy team, you will support the delivery and development of the PILAT3S Academy, conduct instructor audits and studio visits, ensuring consistent product delivery and training standards across the group.

This role requires a highly personable instructor, with excellent organizational skills and a passion for developing and upskilling others.

Studio & Product Standards

  • Support new studio set ups, ensuring studio touchpoints are met to deliver the PILAT3S experience.
  • Conduct ad-hoc studio and class visits to ensure studio and product standards are upheld; introducing development plans and corrective measures when required.

Academy Training

  • Lead instructor recruitment, including searching, qualifying, and interviewing, following the PILAT3S Recruitment Process.
  • Deliver Academy Training, ensuring instructors have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the product to the highest standards.

Learning & Development

  • Support the development and review of new training content and academy curriculums – including educational videos, e-learning modules, instructor manuals, and other training materials, ensuring all materials are aligned with brand standards, operational needs, and product developments.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the PILAT3S instructor manuals, applying learning principles and varied educational learning techniques, e.g., (The VARK Model), to create engaging, effective, and scalable educational resources.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that increase instructor engagement and professional development across the network through summits, ongoing developmental frameworks, and online learning sessions.
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer workshops that enhance team alignment in content delivery, gather instructor feedback and learnings to maintain an industry-leading standard.

Brand Ambassador

  • Deliver weekly PILAT3S classes in a local studio, setting the benchmark for – Align, Tone, and Power routines through Master Trainer-level delivery.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting PILAT3S and building your own personal following as a Master Trainer.
  • Participate as requested in PR and other visual content production.
  • Represent the PILAT3S values – precision, personalization, and progression in both your in-person and online communications.

About You

  • Strong understanding of Pilates-based movement, the benefits, and the PILAT3S brand.
  • Certified Reformer Pilates instructor with a strong technical understanding of exercise execution, movement, and client safety.
  • Ability to create engaging, impactful learning experiences across both practical and online training environments.
  • Confident and personable communicator with the ability to facilitate, mentor, and assess fellow instructors.
  • Organized and punctual, IT literate, with excellent time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor – willing to receive and deliver feedback.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and demographics.
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK and abroad, when necessary.
  • Must speak fluent English - Spanish and other languages is a plus.
