The Vacancy
Technik Ground Solutions (part of RSK Group) is growing — and we’re looking for experienced Mini Piling Operatives to join our permanent team.
We’re particularly interested in operatives with experience working in front of rotary mini piling rigs and bottom-driven rigs.
- 📍 UK Nationwide – site based (single rooms provided when staying away)
- 🏠 Runcorn yard when not working on site
- ⏱️ Minimum 50 hours per week, Monday–Friday

What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Mini Piling Operative
- Experience with rotary mini piling and/or bottom-driven rigs
- A full UK driving licence
- Valid CSCS card
- Relevant CPCS cards where applicable
- The flexibility to travel and work nationwide
- A strong commitment to health & safety
- Good communication, reliability and timekeeping
Desirable: Welding experience in bottom-driven piling and SFA experience.
What we offer:
- 💷 Competitive salary, dependent on experience
- 📅 Permanent position with minimum 50 hours per week (early finish on a Friday)
- 🏖️ 31 days’ holiday including bank holidays, increasing to 35 days after four years
