Laing O'Rourke is seeking Piling Rig Attendants to join our team in Port Talbot.
As part of our directly employed workforce, you will help deliver major infrastructure and construction projects whilst enjoying excellent training, development and long-term career prospects.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 10-hour shifts
- Overtime available
Key Duties
- Direct the piling rig during all movements, ensuring you remain visible to the operator at all times.
- Guide the rig operator during piling set-up, checking position, levels and verticality against reference points.
- Set up and maintain exclusion zones around the piling rig.
- Direct excavator operations within exclusion zones during spoil removal.
- Assist the rig operator with routine maintenance, including refuelling and general upkeep of equipment.
- Ensure lifting operations are carried out according to the approved lifting plan.
- Follow approved safe working methods, risk assessments and site procedures at all times.

- Experience within piling or construction environments is desirable but not essential.
