Job Opportunity: First Officer (Wide-body Experience)

We are inviting experienced First Officers with wide-body experience to join our growing UK cargo operation at an exciting stage of growth. Having recently added two new B777s to our fleet, this is an excellent opportunity for professional, safety-focused pilots to play an important role in our next chapter.

Preference will be given to First Officers holding a current B777 or B787 type rating with recent operational experience. However, we also welcome applications from First Officers currently flying other wide-body aircraft who have extensive international operating experience and meet the criteria below.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills, sound judgement, professionalism, and a commitment to operating in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. We are looking for pilots who are seeking a long-term career with a growing cargo airline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
