The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that values its people, with the opportunity to build long-term experience on some of the UK's major energy projects. Successful candidates will initially work on our Ayrshire project for approximately 2 months, before transferring to Hinkley Point C for ongoing work.

Rates/Working hours
Ayrshire (Initial Project)
- NAECI 2026 (Grade 5) PAYE
- Basic: £23.25/hr
- OT1: £32.55/hr
- OT2: £41.84/hr
- IBA: £2.37/hr
Working Hours
- Minimum 100 hrs over 11 days to qualify for bonus
- 108+ hrs available over 11 days
Week 1
- Mon-Thurs: 10.5 hours | Fri-Sun: 8 hours
Week 2
- Mon-Thurs: 10.5 hours | Fri-Sun: OFF
Overtime
- Monday-Thursday: OT1 after 8 hours
- Friday: OT1 after 6 hours
- Saturday: OT1 first 4 hours, OT2 thereafter
- Sunday: OT2 all hours

Hinkley Point C
Following the initial Ayrshire project, successful candidates will transfer to Hinkley Point C.
- Basic PAYE: £29.34/hr
- OT1: £41.08/hr
- OT2: £52.82/hr
- Bonus: £2.94/hr
- 10.5-hour shifts
- 10/4 rotation (Rotations start on Tuesday)
- Travel and accommodation paid in addition to earnings
- Projected annual earnings: £91,854 before tax (including bonus, based on the expected working pattern. Not including travel + accom)
- Accommodation allowance: £362.50/week
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3/Level 3 Trade Apprenticeship
- CCNSG Safety Passport, CSCS or EMSS
- Proven experience in a similar role within a highly regulated industry
- Security clearance/vetting will be required
