Pitch Executive

A leading professional services firm is seeking a Pitch Executive to join its collaborative Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to support the delivery of high-quality pitches, proposals, and pursuit activities that contribute directly to the firm's growth strategy.

About the Role

Working closely with partners, lawyers, and business development professionals, you will play a key role in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of compelling pitch and proposal documents across a variety of practice areas and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end management of pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Coordinate input from stakeholders across the firm to produce compelling client-facing materials.
  • Draft, edit, and tailor pitch content to align with client requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of pitch content, credentials, and best-practice materials.
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Conduct research on clients, markets, industries, and competitors to strengthen proposal content.
  • Track pitch activity, outcomes, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Help prepare partners and fee earners for client presentations and panel appointments.

  • Experience in a pitches, proposals, bids, or business development role within legal, professional services, or a similar environment.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting business growth initiatives.
