Pursuits Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)

About the Role
A leading international law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Pursuits Manager to join its high-performing Business Development team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bids, pitches, or proposals professional to take ownership of complex, high-value international tenders and RFPs, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic proposals, bids, and pitch opportunities from start to finish
- Draft and develop compelling client-focused proposal content
- Partner with lawyers, partners, and BD teams on business-critical pursuits
- Manage cross-border and multi-jurisdictional RFP processes
- Drive proposal best practice, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct win/loss reviews and support pipeline reporting

About You
- Significant experience in proposals, bids, pitches, or pursuits
- Professional services experience, ideally within legal, accounting, consulting, or financial services
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Exceptional written communication and content development abilities
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing competing deadlines
