About Avant Arte

Avant Arte wants to make art radically more accessible for a new generation. The company began as a cult blog of contemporary artists and grew organically into the world’s largest and most engaged online art community, with more than 2 million of their followers under the age of 35. The company collaborates with iconic contemporary artists like Jenny Holzer, Cai Guo-Qiang, Claire Tabouret, Tschabalala Self, and Piet Parra, making their work more accessible to younger collectors through sculpture editions, print editions, and unique works on paper of exceptional quality. The company’s vision is to inspire a generation of millions of young people who love art like they love music and who collect works like they build their wardrobe.

What We Need

We're looking for a London-based pitch writer who can craft slide decks of brilliant, business-winning pitches for new collaborations. You'll take a pitch brief and turn it into a slide deck that's tailored to the opportunity and true to Avant Arte's tone and approach. You need to be an excellent writer and slide designer with a real instinct for treating every pitch as a chance to tell a story, not just fill in a template.

You'll work closely with our Artist and Creative Production teams, juggling several proposals at once in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines. We're after someone self-motivated who's comfortable working independently, takes real ownership of their work, and communicates well with the team. You'll need to prioritize well under pressure, handle tight (and sometimes conflicting) deadlines, and bring a sharp eye for detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
