Our Pizza Chefs are at the heart of the experience, creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch and bringing the energy of our kitchen to life for our guests. From stretching and shaping handmade dough to topping and cooking each pizza to perfection, you’ll take pride in delivering an experience that feels as good as it tastes.

We’re looking for chefs who are passionate about authentic pizza, love working with fresh ingredients and enjoy being part of a guest-facing kitchen. With our chef development programme, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your craft, grow your skills and progress your career with us.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To

  • Preparing and cooking authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, including stretching, shaping and topping dough
  • Working with fresh, quality ingredients and maintaining consistency across every pizza
  • Running your pizza section with pride, passion and attention to detail
  • Bringing energy to our guest-facing kitchen and creating an engaging experience for our guests
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop dishes and contribute ideas
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service
  • Supporting the management of health, safety and food hygiene standards
  • Monitoring portion control, stock levels and waste
  • Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver a smooth and brilliant service

What We’re Looking For

  • Pizza passion - You love authentic Neapolitan pizza and take pride in creating it from scratch
  • Guest-focused - You enjoy working in a guest-facing kitchen and bringing energy to the experience
  • Kitchen experience - You’re confident working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen and know how to run your section
  • Craft & consistency - You care about the details, from dough preparation to the final bake
  • Positive energy - You bring a can-do attitude and thrive as part of a team
  • Ready to grow - You’re keen to learn, develop your skills and progress your career
  • Food Safety Level 2 - Ideally qualified, or willing to complete the qualification
  • Allergen awareness - You understand the importance of safe food preparation and allergen management
