A new opening in the Cotswolds · Cotswold charm & sourdough soul
A new neighbourhood restaurant is opening this Autumn in the heart of Broadway, part of a small, growing collection of restaurants celebrating local ingredients and old-school hospitality. Open from lunch to supper, it will be a true neighbourhood spot built around a warm welcome, good food, good drink, and good company.
Inspired by Italy, made in the Cotswolds: the kitchen’s sourdough is born from a starter with real pedigree — an original Italian culture, passed down through generations, married with organic Cotswold flour to create something entirely its own. It sits at the heart of a menu that runs from seasonal small plates and salads, sourdough pizza and a proper Italian dolci list, all built on local, seasonal produce.

THE ROLE
We're looking for Pizza Chefs to join our opening kitchen team. Our oven is the heart of the restaurant, and you'll be right there in front of it, stretching, topping and firing pizzas while guests watch you work. You'll learn our sourdough inside out and help keep the kitchen running smoothly service after service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Hand-stretching, topping and firing pizzas to a consistent, high standard throughout service
- Helping make and manage our sourdough to spec, including feeding the starter
- Prepping ingredients and setting up your section for service
- Working as part of a tight team, keeping up the pace and quality during busy services
- Following food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
- Keeping the oven, equipment and kitchen clean and well looked after

ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a busy kitchen, ideally on pizza or with dough (we'll train the right person)
- A genuine passion for proper ingredients and honest, simple food done well
- Keen to learn, take pride in your work and keep standards high
- Calm and organised under pressure
- A team player who shares our old-fashioned approach to hospitality: generous, genuine, and treating every guest like a regular
- Food hygiene L2 certification (or willingness to get it)
