We’re bringing a new era of pizza to the Trafford Centre, and we’re looking for Pizzaiolos who bring craft, precision, and pride in every service.
Biga fermentation sits at the heart of what we do time, discipline, and detail shaping every dough we work and every pizza we serve. Inspired by Naples, driven by craft, and shaped by the cities we call home, this is pizza done properly.

As a Pizzaiolo, you’re at the heart of the kitchen owning your section, mastering the process, and delivering consistency, quality, and pace in every service.

As a Pizzaiolo You Will
- Craft high-quality Neapolitan-style pizzas using biga fermentation with precision and consistency
- Take pride in dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking to the highest standard
- Work with pace and control during high-volume service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and disciplined section
- Support the wider kitchen team, stepping in where needed to keep service flowing
