Placement Student – HSE, Training Support Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic HSE, Training Support Specialist to join our team specializing in Health, Safety and Environment for Corporate/CBS Business Segment in UK, Daventry. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry.
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer of 2027.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinates the logistical support required for delivering training and development programs, assists with needs analysis, audience analysis and tasks analysis.
- Contributes to the planning and implementation of training and development programs.
- Prepares instructional materials including participant guides, presentations (process documents, control plans).
- Maintains records and reports on individual and group training progress using common tools and systems, implements evaluation plans and prepares evaluation reports.
- Gathers data and information required improvement recommendations.
- Supports learning and development activities, instructor-led events and e-learning, including communication, scheduling events, facilitators, employees, vendors and facilities, and coordinating materials and conference room logistics

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Working towards a degree in law, business, media or administration or related studies.
- IT skills of Power BI, PowerPoint, MS office
- Attention to details and organizational skills.
- Proactive, motivated and impact driven, with an outside-the box innovator mindset
