This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer of 2027.

About the Role

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Development of Supply Chain Analytics, reporting capabilities, and tools to enhance operational performance and visibility
  • Lead and participate in process improvement projects across Wholegoods Planning working with Cummins Stakeholders across global plant and Europe based Distributors
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in analytics and reports
  • Support and involvement in major cross-business unit projects
  • Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify improvement areas and develop action plans
  • Complete operational Supply Chain activities related to Wholegoods (Primarily Engines) supporting 14 Cummins sites in Europe on Engine supply requirements

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Working towards a degree in supply chain related area (planning, logistics, purchasing)
  • Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Ability to understand data, solve problems and think innovatively
  • Works well as part of a team and can manage workload effectively
