Are you an organised administrator with excellent customer service skills? Join our Professional Services team in the School of Health and Society and help support students as they prepare for professional placements.

About the Role

As a Placements Support Coordinator, you'll support students throughout their pre-placement journey, monitor placement readiness requirements, maintain accurate records and work closely with academic colleagues, placement providers and professional services teams to ensure placements run smoothly.

This is a varied role where you'll balance competing priorities, respond to student enquiries, produce reports and contribute to improving our placement processes. You'll play an important part in helping students begin their professional placements with confidence.

Key Requirements

We're looking for someone with experience in administration, student support or a customer-facing environment who has excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships. You'll be confident using Microsoft 365 and other digital systems and committed to delivering an excellent student experience.

Desirable: Experience of higher education, healthcare education or placement administration.
