Hours: 35 hours per week

About The Role
At YMCA Derbyshire, our homes are safe spaces for our residents to rebuild their lives. You'll be responsible for ensuring they can thrive in their environments and continue on their pathway to independence.
You will work in our Housing Management Team to manage all incoming referrals, assessments of individuals needs and placements into our Young Persons and Supported Housing pathways.

As well as the strong teamwork across Housing internally, you will be working to strengthen our partnerships with external stakeholders such as local authorities, leaving care and probation, highlighting our skills as a flagship leader of supported housing across Derbyshire.
As a key member of the Housing Management Team, you'll work to maintain our person centred approach to Housing and advocate for our residents both internally and externally.
What We're Looking For
- Driving licence and access to a car essential.
- A solutions focused individual who can manage their work in partnership with others, as well as working alone.
- A compassionate and pragmatic approach to placing individuals in appropriate accommodation to meet their needs.
- Someone who understands supported housing and the complexities this can bring when working with vulnerable adults.
