Role Overview
As a Plan Specialist – Global Transfers, you'll join a supportive team of 12 specialists responsible for processing high-value share transfer transactions across global markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop specialist knowledge within Plans Operations. You'll start by learning the fundamentals before building your expertise across multiple markets, becoming multi-skilled and opening future career opportunities within the wider Plans business.
A role you will love
As a Plan Specialist – Global Transfers, you'll play a key role in ensuring share transfer transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and professionally. Acting as one of Computershare's frontline representatives, you'll support both internal and external clients while maintaining exceptional service standards and accuracy.
Your day will be structured around work allocated to you by the team, including:
- Processing and keying transfer transactions for market authorisation
- Managing high-value transfers and participant transactions with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Contacting brokers and responding to client queries via email
- Preparing professional and accurate written responses using established templates and procedures
- Maintaining customer and participant records in line with established processes and data protection requirements
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and specialist teams across the business
- Balancing urgency with quality to ensure service levels are achieved whilst maintaining high standards
- Continuously building your knowledge of different global markets and transfer processes

What will you bring to the role?

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
It would also be great if you have:
- Previous administration, operations or customer service experience
- Experience working with financial, transactional or data-processing activities
- Exposure to working with multiple systems and managing detailed information
