We're looking for a Plan Specialist to join our growing Sharesave team, specialising in SAYE Events. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key expert in a newly established area of the business, working closely with clients, Account Managers and internal teams to deliver successful Sharesave events throughout the plan lifecycle.

A role you will love
As a Plan Specialist - SAYE Events, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a variety of Sharesave (SAYE) plan events for our clients. You'll oversee the planning, system setup, coordination and execution of events, ensuring activities are completed accurately, on time and to the highest standards.
Working as the subject matter expert for SAYE events, you'll support clients through complex processes, resolve queries, identify solutions and provide guidance throughout the event lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Account Managers and wider operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
No two days are the same. One day you may be configuring and testing client events, while the next you could be troubleshooting a complex client query, supporting a client meeting or identifying ways to improve operational processes.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the planning, setup and delivery of SAYE events from start to finish
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Acting as a subject matter expert for SAYE event processing and administration
- Supporting client discussions and meetings by providing technical and operational expertise
- Investigating and resolving complex client queries and operational challenges
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
- Creating and maintaining process documentation and quality controls
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Sharesave and Plans Operations teams to deliver successful client outcomes
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working independently. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, taking ownership of your workload and making informed decisions while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
You'll bring:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence working with clients, Account Managers and cross-functional teams
- Experience within share plans, financial services or a similar operational environment
- Knowledge of SAYE plans and EquatePlus would be highly advantageous
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Jira would be beneficial
