We’re looking for a Planned Investment Support Officer to play a key role in supporting the delivery of Kingdom’s Planned Investment Programme.
This is an opportunity to shape how we work, ensuring that we’re committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of our customers.
As a Planned Investment Support Officer, You’ll
- Liaise directly with our customers to arrange access for visits and jobs to be carried out.
- Assist with the project management of planned and cyclical maintenance projects.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to relevant internal and external customers.
- Deliver programmes such as Kitchen, bathroom and window upgrades alongside contractors and consultants.

You will assist with the project management of planned and cyclical maintenance projects, ensuring projects are delivered in line with Kingdom standards, timescales, and budgets.
This role would suit an individual who is at the beginning of a surveying career or who has worked in a similar position elsewhere in a local authority, social housing, or in the private sector.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a HNC level qualification (or relevant experience) in a relevant subject.
- Ability to work accurately and to deadlines and timescales.
- Understanding of procurement regulations.
