We're looking for a Planned Supervisor (Kitchens) who can lead from the front, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers and communities.
From planned improvements to completed projects, you'll be at the heart of delivering high-quality works that enhance homes and improve lives.
Leading teams on site, driving performance and maintaining high standards, you'll ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and with the customer at the centre of everything you do.
You'll be provided with a company van and fuel card, enabling you to travel across our communities and support the successful delivery of planned works.
You'll also participate in our Out of Hours Supervisor rota (approximately 1 in 8 weeks), which attracts an additional payment for each week on call.
About the role
As a Planned Supervisor (Kitchens), you'll lead the delivery of kitchen refurbishment programmes, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards of quality.
You'll oversee operatives and contractors, drive performance, monitor quality, and carry out site inspections to ensure excellent standards are maintained throughout. Working closely with colleagues, contractors and customers, you'll play a key role in improving homes, delivering a positive customer experience and achieving outstanding outcomes.

Champion Communication
You communicate clearly and confidently with customers, colleagues, operatives and contractors, building strong relationships and keeping everyone informed every step of the way.
You’ll bring:
- Strong practical knowledge across a range of trades, including plastering, decorating, plumbing, heating, electrical work, carpentry and kitchen refurbishments.
- Experience delivering planned maintenance programmes within a social housing environment using an in-house team.
- Experience supervising and motivating large operational teams, with a sound understanding of CDM Regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation, policies and safe working practices.
- A strong understanding of industry best practice and the ability to apply this knowledge to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and performance.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive environment where colleagues and customers are treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
