Planned Works Surveyor in Coalville

Description
- Oversee planned works and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Focus on bathroom projects.
- Conduct property assessments and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to manage project timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical advice and guidance on property maintenance matters.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality property services.
