Job Description
- Working with culinary teams to break down dishes into various components for recipe input.
- Maintaining and updating ERP systems and other internal systems, reviewing, inputting, and updating recipes, pricing, and galley plans data.
- Collect dish weights after menu presentation.
- Create delivery plans (menus) and galley plans (packing plans) into the system.
- Calculate and review (Bill of Materials) BOM.
- Solve operations/productions related issues.
- Assisting in producing operational reports as requested.
- Forward, strategic thinking leader always looking to exceed targets and expectations, create new ways of working and improve processes for the way in which data is collected across the business, whilst maintaining the collectiveness of the team and culture of DO & CO.
- Maintaining good working relationships with all DO & CO family members as well as our partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Taking responsibility for all your actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a family.

Qualifications
- Passion for high-end cuisine, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
- Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success.
- The ability to be a positive change champion for DO & CO, self-motivated and resilient to a changing environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skills.
- You are a clear and engaging communicator, strong written and verbal English, and will use a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- Flexible in the way you think, making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything we do is right for our partners and the DO & CO family.
- Experience in using Navision or similar ERP systems across multiple industries including high-end food retailers, hospitality, or events.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and working experience of producing reports.
- Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Operation run 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
