About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join us and work on some major schemes with the team, whilst having a clear structured pathway for career development.
The CBRE Planning team in London is 22 strong. This opportunity is to work within the Central London and Outer London geography, working principally to support our Senior Leadership Team across a mandate supporting developers and investors. The team is currently involved in major planning/regeneration schemes across Central and Inner London, with a growing pipeline of new projects for 2027.
What You Will Need
- Providing planning advice to private sector clients, with a focus on Central London.
- Assembling and working with multi-disciplinary professional teams to complete feasibility studies.
- Undertaking project due diligence.
- Advising, directing and managing project outputs from a range of disciplines/professionals, including working in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Financial responsibility and management of projects.
- Work with senior team members to shape and lead client pitches and proposals.
- Identifying, developing and pursuing new business and marketing opportunities in a range of sectors.

What You Will Do
- Professional Membership of either the RICS (P&D) or RTPI with recent post qualification experience (desirable) or APC having been recently submitted.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and commercially astute with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good client relationship management skills and comfortable at presenting to clients.
- Good interpersonal skills, a genuine belief in collaboration and a clear ability to lead and inspire others.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to achieving high-quality client deliverables and hands-on involvement in the shaping and review of client deliverables and other outputs.
- Ability to manage and coordinate the input and activities of other professionals within project design teams, give advice and direction, and make decisions.
- The ability to multi-task, work to tight timescales, often under challenging circumstances, with minimal supervision and to a high standard.
- Willingness and/or ability to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Confident team player able to work well with colleagues and clients as well as manage, nurture and mentor junior members of the team.
