Dalkia Planner – Energy Performance Contracts (EPC)
Location: London
Salary: £75-80,000 per annum + Package

Our client is a leading engineering and energy services business delivering major decarbonisation, infrastructure and Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) projects across the UK. The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Planner to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of energy, infrastructure and construction projects. Working closely with project, commercial, design and operational teams, you will develop and manage project programmes, identify programme risks and ensure projects are delivered on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction planner looking to work on high-value decarbonisation and infrastructure schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes from tender through to completion.
- Produce logic-linked, resource-loaded and cost-loaded programmes.
- Monitor project progress and critical path activities.
- Identify programme risks and implement recovery plans.
- Produce programme updates, reports and forecasts.
- Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration and compensation events.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Design, Commercial and Delivery teams.
- Lead programme review meetings with stakeholders.
- Provide accurate planning information to support project delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Planner within construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or energy.
- Strong knowledge of Asta Powerproject and/or Primavera P6.
- Experience developing critical path programmes.
- Good understanding of NEC contracts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse programme performance and identify delivery risks.

Desirable
- Project Controls experience.
- APM Planning & Scheduling or PMI-SP qualification.
- Power BI or Earned Value Management experience.
- Experience within Energy Performance Contracting, Building Services, M&E or Decarbonisation projects.
