Our Vacancy

We are looking for a proactive and organised Planner to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance services. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring works are efficiently scheduled and completed in line with contractual standards and customer expectations. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your ability to coordinate resources, manage priorities, and deliver excellent service will make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be responsible for scheduling and allocating works to operatives and subcontractors, ensuring the right skills are matched to each job and that appointments are planned for maximum efficiency.
  • You’ll manage workflows, monitor performance against targets, and ensure all works are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Working closely with Supervisors and Managers, you’ll review diaries, coordinate multi-trade appointments, and maintain accurate system records.
  • You’ll also support customer satisfaction by handling queries and complaints, identifying trends, and driving improvements to service delivery.
