FM Conway are looking for an experienced Planner to join our team, supporting the delivery of the Croydon Flyover and Lewisham High Street projects, alongside any further projects allocated to the team. Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, commercial teams and client planners, you'll play a key role in developing, managing and maintaining accurate project programmes that support successful project delivery.

With a strong focus on programme management, you'll use your expertise in Primavera P6 to produce, update and submit contract programmes, ensuring project teams have clear visibility of progress, risks, milestones and delivery requirements. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects while continuing to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

  • Prepare programme narratives, progress reports, mitigation plans and recovery programmes.
  • Identify programme risks and challenge information provided by the wider project team.
  • Support change control processes and understand the relationship between programme, delay and commercial entitlement.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, site teams, commercial teams and client planners to ensure effective programme management throughout project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
