Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? 🧩
We're looking for a Planner to join our fantastic WPS team in Winchester! You'll play a key role in coordinating our multi-skilled engineers and supply chain partners, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and our customers receive an excellent service every day. 🚀
🔑 What You'll Be Doing
- 📅 Managing engineer diaries to maximise productivity and efficiency
- 📊 Producing performance reports and monitoring key targets
- 📉 Managing work-in-progress levels and ensuring jobs are completed on time
- 📞 Liaising with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- 🛠️ Supporting supervisors and operational teams with effective scheduling
- 💡 Identifying opportunities to improve planning processes and service delivery
- 📧 Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- ⚠️ Ensuring all scheduling activities comply with health & safety requirements

🧠 What You'll Bring:
- ✅ Strong Excel and IT skills
- ✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✅ Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- ✅ A customer-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
- ✅ Experience managing diaries, scheduling, and producing reports
- ✅ Previous planning or scheduling experience is desirable
- ✅ A clean driving licence would be advantageous
