M&E Planner – Liverpool

£60,000 - £70,000 DOE | Permanent |

Office-Based | Northwest & Yorkshire Projects

We’re looking for an experienced M&E Planner to join a friendly and supportive team based in Liverpool, working on a range of exciting schemes across the Northwest and Yorkshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years’ planning experience who understands mechanical and electrical building services and wants to play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and coordinating M&E building services works across multiple projects.
  • Working closely with Mechanical & Electrical teams to develop programmes and coordinate activities.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements.
  • Monitoring progress against programmes and keeping schedules up to date.
  • Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and site teams.
  • Identifying clashes, delays, and programme risks before they become problems.
  • Producing progress reports and maintaining accurate planning documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a planning role, ideally within an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services.
  • Experience using ASTA and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.

Working Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm
