Planner / Scheduler – Construction (Relocation to US.)

The Opportunity:

A leading global construction and project management consultancy is looking to appoint experienced Planner/Schedulers from the UK to join its growing US business. This is an opportunity for UK-based planning professionals to relocate permanently to the United States, working on major, high-value construction programs for leading owners and developers. The business has an established international presence and is continuing to expand its project controls and planning capability across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and update detailed project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to monitor progress against key milestones.
  • Produce schedule updates, progress reports, critical path analysis and look-ahead schedules.
  • Identify schedule risks, delays and potential impacts to project delivery.
  • Support project controls, change management and schedule recovery initiatives.
  • Attend client and project meetings, providing clear schedule analysis and recommendations.
  • Support major construction programs from preconstruction through commissioning and completion.

Requirements:

  • UK-based Planner/Scheduler interested in relocating to the United States.
  • Construction, engineering or consultancy background.
  • Strong experience with Primavera P6.
  • Experience delivering major capital projects; data center, mission critical, infrastructure, commercial or industrial experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and project controls.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.
  • Willingness to make a long-term move to the US.
