Role Description
This is a hybrid office/remote role for a Planner located in our Kidlington Office. The Planner will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling teams of skilled workers, ensuring efficient work allocation, placing material orders and raising purchase orders. They will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of multiple projects and ensuring photo compliance is carried out. The Planner will work closely with other team members to plan and prioritise workload, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication with clients. The Planner will also be responsible for completing required documentation and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

What you will bring to the role:
- Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination within the Utilities sector.
- Experienced in the use of street work permitting systems including Street Manager.
- Good knowledge of the new Roads and Street Works (NRSWA) and Traffic Management Act (TMA).
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Experience using Salesforce as this will be the main platform used.
- Geographical knowledge of the Thames Valley area would be beneficial.

Salary:
£34K-£40K per annum depending on experience.
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday 7am-4pm (1 hour lunch break), plus paid overtime at weekends on a rota basis.
