Job Summary

AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery within the infrastructure sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule development.
  • Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress against established baselines, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecast completion dates.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and communicate schedule updates to relevant teams.
  • Implement and manage change control procedures related to project schedules.
  • Contribute to the development of planning best practices within the organization.
  • Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Planner in the infrastructure or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.
