Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTPI or MRICS qualified Planner to join our market leading Central Planning team in either our Reading or Oxford office.
Join Savills' Central Planning Team and play a key role in shaping some of the most significant development projects across the Thames Valley and surrounding regions. Based in either Reading or Oxford, you will become part of a dynamic team of over 27 planning professionals, delivering expert planning advice across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, renewable energy, battery storage, water infrastructure, education and rural projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects, supporting and managing planning applications, land promotion opportunities, planning appraisals and appeals. You will build strong client relationships, contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the team and its target sectors. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior colleagues, helping to develop talent within the team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your planning career within a collaborative and market-leading consultancy environment.

Team Overview
This team sits within the Planning Division and sits over two main offices based in Reading and Oxford, delivering some of the largest projects typically within and around the Thames Valley.
We are a dynamic and vibrant team of over 27 planners providing planning consultancy advice to a wide range of clients in relation to large scale residential and commercial developments, renewable energy and battery storage, water infrastructure, educational developments through to rural projects.
