Planning Administrators - Why You Should Apply

An extra day off every month: This Planning Administrator role comes with an industry-leading flexitime scheme. After probation, you earn an extra day off every month. That's up to 12 extra days a year, plus 32 days' holiday, for family, hobbies, or a long weekend away.

Learn from people who've done it: You won't be dropped in at the deep end. Your manager has done this exact job. The training and support are genuinely there when you need them.

Perks that save real money: An electric vehicle lease scheme at reduced cost, plus a nursery support scheme that can save you thousands a year, and a health cash plan covering dental, optical and physio.

A varied, connected role: You'll be the go-to point of contact across the whole site. One minute you're out on the shop floor, the next you're talking orders with customer service and purchasing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
