Tor Coatings is a market leader in the field of specialist protective coatings for Buildings, known for our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We're looking for a highly organised Planning Admin Assistant to join our Demand Planning team in Birtley on a temporary 12-month fixed-term contract, working 16 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in planning, manufacturing, and SAP systems within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of production orders for finished goods, actively chasing batches throughout the production cycle as required.
  • Assist in ensuring production orders are within the provided capacity assumptions and smoothed across the short-term planning horizon.
  • Assist in material checks to allow production orders to be scheduled.
  • Assist in the manufacturing pool printing.

Key Attributes

  • SAP experience preferred but not required.
  • Familiar with basic computer skills including emails, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
