About The Role
Rapier Employment seeks a Planning Administrator for its automotive manufacturing client in Solihull, B92. This full-time, ongoing agency contract pays £13.46 per hour (£28,000 annually) for a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00. Following successful training, hybrid working is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role involves precise entry of scheduling information into SAP and CMMS3 systems, safeguarding production continuity. You will manage business-as-usual duties, respond to shifting priorities, and uphold data integrity. Location: Solihull, B92
Salary: £28,000 per annum (paid hourly) - £13.46ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (40 Hours paid per week)
Contract: Initially ongoing agency with potential for permanent employment
Hybrid Working: After successful training, the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays
About The Role:
We are recruiting Planning Administrators to support automotive manufacturing operations. These roles involve entering data into scheduling systems (SAP and CMMS3) and ensuring accuracy to prevent production delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into SAP and CMMS3 systems.
- Maintain scheduling integrity to prevent production issues.
- Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills & Experience:
- Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy.
- Previous experience with SAP and/or CMMS systems (highly advantageous).
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A solid work history is required
